First Desktop Build - Help greatly appreciate

Good evening, MMO-C. I'm going to be attempting to build my first PC, and would love some insight on the best buy; so lets get into it! :

    Budget - 800 ~
    Resolution - 1920 x 1080
    Games / Settings Desired - WoW(Max)/Rift mainly.
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc) - Streaming would be the only thing that comes to mind.
    Country - USA
Parts that can be reused - I do not need a Case, or a PSU; unless you guys/gals think it is needed ( Cosair GS700)
Do you need an OS? I do not.
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? - Nope, all covered.

Thank you very much for everyone who posts feedback, as it is very appreciated!

There's about $40 on rebates, but I won't recommend Haswell for sub-$1k budgets anymore unless requested otherwise. You can put that money into the Streaming card to max out your budget, if you so choose, but that depends on how much you're streaming.

Thanks much for the quick reply, very much appreciated! Oops, I totally forgot that I recently upgraded my HDD, as my old one died out, so I can drop that and save 55$ as well; what would you recommend I upgrade?

Get an SSD, bigger is less micromanaging in the future:

    Samsung 840 Series 120GB or Samsung 840 Series 250GB

Change RAM to low profile so they fit under the CPU heatsink:

    Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB

Pretty much follow Notarget's mods: it'll probably come out at just over $800 before Mail-ins. I'd lean towards the 250GB if you can fit it in, and use the Transfer function to change your OS over to the SSD.
