spriest pvp help :(

Hi guys need some help with my spriest, been trying to gear him up, been doing bg's and slowly replacing my dreadful with malevolent and tyrannical my problem is my damage output is terrible and I keep reading conflicting responses on what gems and reforges I should be doing. I also see some spriests with the 1 hander weapon on each hand instead of the 2 hander ? My current gear level is 469....Should I be gemming intellect in all my slots and reforge into crit ? Im lost lol any help would greatly appreciated !!!
