Gorgoraptor Scale Chest vs Carapace of Segmented Scale

Hello, I just looted Gorgoraptor Scale Chest (http://www.wowhead.com/item=95149) from Oondasta.

I was wondering if it's an upgrade over the Valor chest from Shado Pan Assault (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=95079)?

I was thinking it is because it has no hit and has haste.. Any ideas?

P.S: I'M BM but don't have the meta gem if that helps.

It depends on your gear, but I'd say that the one off of oondasta is better because it has more agility and you probably have way too much hit/exp as it is.
