Looking for addons that skin everything

I'm tired of using Elvui. I absolutely love it, but I want to create my own UI.. ElvUI has alot of customizable things, but somethings, I just dont want, and I don't want to remove them without breaking anything.

What I'm looking for is an addon or a group of addons that skin absolutely every window. The login screen, character screen, all the windows inside of the Blizzard UI, everything Id like it to be pixel perfect if possible.

Just curious if you guys know of any addons or group of addons that will achieve what I'm looking for?

Oh, one more thing. I'm looking for the pixel perfect border and panel for kgPanels that I see very commonly. The black background with the grey pixel perfect border. If you guys know where to find this stuff, I'd greatly appreciate all your help! Thanks!

Those are the primary ones that float around aside from Tuk/Elv. I still personally prefer the way Tuk/Elv skin, and the amount of mods that have support for them as well. You can still utilize other mods to replace aspects of Elv you don't enjoy (for me it's the buffs, cast bars, occasionally unit frames and occasionally raid frames).

This for example. The chat panel down in the bottom left.. Is that something I create inside of kgPanels or is that a loadable texture? If it is, where does I get it? :P Hell if possible, I'd like to do the Caith UI Borders. Any help on this would be great.

That shot seems to be on an older version of LUI.
Could maybe see if you can find the texture in any of the older releases of that.

I tried to do that, but I think its built into a .lua .. And I really don't know the best way to dissect them.

I have seen other people who use kgpanels and using that same texture, so I'm wondering if just a stand alone texture or something. Well, atleast I'm hoping it is a stand alone texture.

If you use Aurora, dont forget the Aurora: Missing Textures pack (search on WoWInterface), which will skin things, what Aurora missing (transparent buttons on login screen, etc...)
