Perhaps Blizzard is nerfing caster damage reduction because they want to tone down World of Castercraft in RBGs right now.
Next step is to remove the AOE CCs and casting while moving. Warlocks are the biggest offenders now, so they get the axe first.

maybe... but they baselined arguably the best AOE CC in the game with howl.. and most locks play destro in rbgs so they dont spec to cast + move they spec MF..
