Rets have NOTHING. Just because they can be immune to damage for 8 seconds (that can be dispelled way too easily), doesn't mean their survivability is high. With Battle Fatigue, their heals are so weak, they heal for about 30% of their health in those 8 seconds. There's classes that can do a lot more. Besides bubble, they have nothing. Divine Protection hardly does anything.
I'd say double deterrence, a 2x30% selfheal, and tons of CC is pretty decent. Hunters are good when it comes to survivability, although not the best. That's probably Feral Druids.
Wait wait wait. You all mean to tell me that Warlocks are still OP?
Feral by far
Time is on our side
Brutal Gladiator Enhancement Shaman *rawr*
Feral Druid

Unholy DK
Also mentions go to Boomkin, Warrior and Hunter
Dristereau - Axxolentus - Infernus - Sequentia - Nulo - Desterrar
Silvermoon - Shadowsong/Aszune - Tarren-Mill/Dentarg (SL Mage Tower: 29/36)
Warlocks and WW monks have powerful defensive cds but when they're out of those they drop dead fast (although they both also have great escape mechanisms)
I'm finding Unholy DK quite beefy. Ferals die fast when HOTW is down and hunters have pretty good survival (in the fact they can kite, CC, deter twice and just gain some extra time for the healer to throw heals on them).
