Iceland using Canadian dollar for currency.

I know I am prob little out dated with this update lol but it's interesting that Iceland would consider Canadian $$. I'm a Canadian and think it's cool that other country(s) are looking at our currency for their nation but how would this affect the Canadian $? what are the benefits of these two nations coming together with an agreement?!

Do you have like a story on this or anything, or can I start talking about Portugal using the Brazilian currency just b/c.

Considering the country produces next to nothing (why their money crashed and looking at other currencies), the only thing they would do is profits from our stronger currency, getting carried and dragging it down.

It's nothing special, Hat. Over 15 countries use USD as their currency
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
    Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Iceland has 300k inhabitants, Canada over 30m. So the change would be less than one per cent with pretty much no influence at all on the stability or value of the currency.
