    Mage and Hunter?

    Hey I got a question! I just came back to wow on my mage! I seem to play it pretty well and I do enjoy it. However my friend really enjoys his hunter, and I wouldnt want him to reroll just for our comp.

    So I am asking, would hunter/mage work in any way? 2s 3s? maybe tripple dps?

    Not optimal but like anything it could "work" in 3s.
    Ret/feral/disc/rogue + hunt are great comps , mage - hunt not so much.
