PTR question

i downloaded the ptr game client and copied a char to the ptr servers but whenever i try to log on it just says "connected" and doesnt let me log in, is there certain times ptr is open or has it not opened yet for the next patch and all the screenshots ive seen have all just been datamined?

The servers are most certainly online, you're just having connection troubles.
