About 1000000 videos, would assume that it is a ploy to get free Recruit bonuses, but I am not sure. Anyone who tested it know first hand?

all these are fake, lol. you will never get rp for free unless its from riot or the bonus for hitting level 5.
http://signup.leagueoflegends.com/?re ->> points to a recruit link, and he even says you have to reach level 10 -> because that's when the recruiter gets the best bonus.
