Linking Club Nintendo to 3DS error

Hey there,

I really want to link that account for my 3ds. but the problem is it always says my e-mail and/or password is wrong.
But i'm 100% sure it's right, i can perfectly log in with it at club Nintendo on the pc. I looked up alot on internet about it but i can
barely find anything about it. Anyone had the same problem or has any suggestions to solve it?

i recently had problems linking my wii u to my account.. it took 24 hours for it to finally work for some reason. If youve tried to do it recently id wait 24 hours and if it hasnt worked properly contact support.
