    Rune of Re-Origination for Blood DK

    Since i dont really like any of tanking trinkets in Throne of Thunder i thought about using Rune of Re-Origination. With my stats it gonna give me around 4k mastery for 10 sec with ~20sec ICD (if we can talk about ICD with this new proc system). What do you think about it guys?

    They made it not proc for us. It would have been OP for unholy. (hello almost 100% crit on festerblight diseases)
