I don't think those restrictions are gonna matter much once the console is released. The media and the community are barking very loud now, but it will quiet down when it becomes available, especially if it has some nice launch exclusives. People are more excited about new hardware and games than they oppose total freedom with their gaming system, which they don't even have today.

I'm really curious about what will happen in the future with your library, Major Nelson tried to sneak by that question. He made a lot of noise while sneaking though.

He at least didn't dodge one question, and that was what happened if you get banned...you still keep access to your games for single player but loose the multi player aspect of it.
