And neither does the game. Rather, it's an aid for that fantasizing, just like any piece of porn or an erotic story, nothing more. Just like those things, it provides sensory feedback that provides your imagination a reference framework within which it can work more easily. If you start adding "electronic toilet paper rolls" and other such gadgets and accessories, it'll be no different than using a vibrator or a fleshlight while watching porn. Just because it's delivered via a new kind of medium doesn't make it functionally different.
I swear, some people just blow up all over when something sexual is even mentioned and then preach and overanalyze the hell out of it like it was some sort of big moral dilemma and controversial focal point of our entire existence.
