Occurs too often, even in rbgs, and bgs...
Anyone else getting these issues?

If you are using an item swap macro then change your macro to an /equipset macro.

Make an equipset. With all slots ignored except MH and OH. Call it 'SnB' or whatever.
/equipset SnB
Another one to swap back.
Works a charm.
