Question - XP Vials and saving turn-ins

So question for anyone that is using the XP vials from either their loyalty or from the cash shop, can you stack say... 5 turn-ins from running random instances and doing random PvP, pop the potion and then turn them all in if it will give you the bonus XP or does the vial have to be running when you complete the objective. Trying to get the most out of my XP vials.

Got an answer from the RIFT forums, it does work. So save up bonuses and then turn them in with a Vial poped.
