Streaming is usually very heavy on CPU, and somewhat on GPU, but I am talking about SSD there, you need write speeds if you are working on stuff like video editing, huge file transfering, audio production, 3D modeling, RAW texture editing and etc.

That RAM is fine, you can get a faster RAM if you are left with some money after you are done with major parts, I think you might have problems with that PSU and Haswell processor, you need an Haswell ready PSU if you want power savings to work properly.

The PSU will be fine with Haswell. Even if it isn't "compatible" branded then it'll still work just fine. The low power state is off by default on the motherboard or can at least be turned off.

What PSU & how many watts would be recommended? The Rosewill is brand new and I could sell it to get something else. Besides the fact that it's not "compatible" is there a reason to not get Rosewill? I thought they were good.

Also, some say save the $100 and get a Z87-A Socket LGA 1150 instead of getting the Sabertooth, some say get the Sabertooth. >.< All while keeping in mind that I'm a heavy streamer.

I'm somewhat a student as well that uses Unity 3D and Blender in the past, but don't know if I will anytime soon again.

Edit: Just realized you already have the PSU, just noticed you asked about a PSU last post so yeah... Guess you can ignore above.
What are you looking for in the Sabertooth that you're not getting with the Z87-A? And are you willing to pay $100 extra for the difference.

650-750W for SLI, ~550 for a single GPU.

Rosewill is kinda mediocre brand in my eyes, the specific unit is not even 80 Bronze, odd it doesn't come with an 8 pin PCI-e but it's an okay unit overall... review here

Again if it works fine you can just keep it.

Oh, I'm pretty bad at hardware.. just going off reviews and views of others. I'm willing to pay an extra $100 if it's well worth it.

The Sabertooth is a waste of money. Yes, it's still a good board and no one is disputing that, but nothing it has over an extreme4 or pro4 is worth the extra $100. the difference is mainly looks and the warranty. And perhaps slightly higher quality capacitors. None of which is a big deal.

Also, despite what godspeed says, you don't need the extra write speed from the 840 pro. Gaming doesnt benefit from it, average use doesnt benefit from it, and nor does streaming. Video editing/audio production/3d rendering wouldn't really benefit either because you'd likely be saving those to the harddrive due to space requirements you wont have on your SSD.

If you drop the pro version you can up the SSD to 250gb non pro for only slightly more.

Looks rock solid. It should last a while.

    My only input:

If you can justify an i7, go for it. But the i5 is a powerful CPU. Stepping down to an i5 means stepping up to a 780.

Personally, I'd aim for the i5/780. The 780 is a scaled down Titan. The 770 is a scaled up 680.

Looks good. Don't drop the i7. GTX 770 is perfect for 1080p.

I'd save $80 if I stepped down to an i5, that wouldn't be enough to cover the upgrade to a 780.

I was going off PC Part Picker.

I missed that you added a PSU to the last build spec. I was looking at the total price.

    LINK: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/18aih TOTAL: $1351.62

I think it looks fairly solid and when you build it please report back with how your chip overclocks.

I'm a livestreamer w/ cam & mic at 1080p and run 2 monitors if it matters.
When 770 is enough for 1080p and he is doing 1080p streaming there is no point in dropping the i7 and regardless of Microcenter the 780 is still $250 extra

lol don't worry it is solid, I wouldn't stress his usage of the word "fairly"

Sorry for worrying you OP fairly solid is just my slang and lazy english coming across. If I thought there was any improvement I could make I would suggest it.

I've had a few people mention that I might have trouble with the H100i in the case I picked? Should I be worried or anyone confirm it shouldn't be an issue with space or where to mount it?

I thought that the phantom fit it but maybe it doesn't from the quick read I had, I know its perfectly possible to mod it to fit (few holes drilled) but the fact it doesn't appear to natively fit has me a bit shocked.

Okay, thanks. Everything is good to go, just the case and H100i I'm worried about.

Well the case is huge, no front intake fans, you will have to move the top 200mm fan or add another for push/pull. Sounds like a lot of hassle or poor options considering it's a full sized tower.

Also using a 200mm fan from NZXT in the side panel doesn't allow for room for the push fan on a self contained liquid cooler, the side panel won't close with both.
Maybe you can find another case more suitable for your needs?
