    Aftermarket GPU coolers?

    Hey Guys,

I was wondering if aftermarket GPU coolers are available and worth it.

I have a MSI Twin Froz3r Radeon HD 7950 but it's kind of loud and exerts a lot of heat.
I was wondering if there are better cooling solutions than those double fans?

You can try to set a custom fan profile in afterburner.

But as far as custom coolers go. Im not sure if you can put it on yours, it could have a custom PCB. And most custom coolers are build around using the reference design.
You should look at arctic cooling

I would than google if it is possible to fit it on your 7950. You might lose your warranty tho.

Single fan will likely be louder still.

Personally, I run with a closed-loop CPU liquid cooler on my GTX 680. It goes Δ+14°C in idle and Δ+16°C in load.

I bought my CPU aftermarket cooler from there, their coolers are top notch!

I'll check if I can dig up some info on how to replace the whole stuffs, thanks a lot Saithes!
