Most likely something that should be part of the next raid. It's called Sha bubble ingame. In the game files the only thing that's called Sha bubble this patch is in the orgrimmar raid section. The 3rd boss has a Sha in it & the location of that thing is after the 2nd boss I think so it probably has something to do with it.

There is also new Dialouge Between Vol'jin and Baine, one where Baine says "I should've killed him a long time ago when he betrayed my father"

Still no signs of Saurfang in Razorhill, Garrosh Throne room is bugged and when you die in it you teleport to Valley of Eternal Blossoms. Hellscream is also not in his throne but that's probably just bugged.
