[H] 11/13h ToT 10m <Deal With It> Kirin Tor LF Warrior/Hunter/Ele shaman
Deal With It, currently 11/13 heroic in Throne of Thunder, is a horde 10 man guild on the Kirin Tor server that is currently recruiting a warrior, hunter, or elemental shaman for our current raid group and to join us in flex raids when 5.4 drops. We are a pretty laid back guild, three nights a week, four hours a night, not much overtime is put in unless everyone wants to keep going. Gear is usually handled by rolls, unless council needs to intervene. Strategies for fights are most often handled by officers, but input from the members is usually encouraged. There is almost never any drama for anything, and we would like to keep it that way.
Our current raid schedule is Sunday/Monday/Wednesday from 10-2am CST.
Loot priorities are Dps>Healers>Tanks. During the beginning of an expansion we loot council drops.
