How about something like this to replace stampede. (Maybe even use this to replace the damage gutted from Readiness)

    Poisonous bolts - Survival
    - All shots have an X% chance to cause an instant SS tick on the target. This Chance is increased by rapid fire's haste effect.

    Rabid bites - Beast Mastery
    - Pet auto attacks have an X% chance to infect the target. This infection deals X damage over 10 seconds and causes the pet to deal more damage against that target. Stacks upto 5 times. Beastial Wrath causes all pet attacks to apply rabid bites.

    Shrapnel pierce - Marksmanship
    - Aimed shot and Chimaera shot critical strikes cause you to gain 10% armour penetration for 6 seconds, stacks up to 10 times.

We do not need new CD.
    We need complete remake.

old stampede back but powerfull on a 6 min cd would be nice. not usable in arenas.
rapid fire to affect % damage instead of just haste would also be nice.
a cd that remove focus cost and cd on main shots would also be nice.
straigh up % damage increase would also be nice like BW but something diferent.

SV by far need something to do when you gota brust, spec have no brust at all. you peak for 300k at the start on the fight then drop to 200k for the rest.

"Wake of the Chimera (Marksman, instant):

Allows your attacks to strike up to 2 additional nearby opponents for 100% of normal damage for 20 seconds.

    2 minute cooldown."

Sorta an on-use Blade Flurry for Hunters.

    "Bestial Cry (Beast Mastery, instant):

Your shrieks cause the opponent to take 10% additional damage for 10 seconds.

    5 minute cooldown."

    Cause raid cooldown.

"Poison Bomb (Survival, 2.5 second cast):

Causes 350% Ranged Weapon Nature Damage + X to all targets within 10 yards, applies Serpent Sting.

    45 second cooldown.
    Costs 50 focus."

Cause I thought Survival needed love as well.

    Stampede reworked:

    Stampede - Passive.

Your and your pet attacks have a chance to summon a pet to attack your target. Each of the pets can look like one of the pets from your whole stable. (So one might be a worm, another a carrion bird, third can be a spider or a porcupine, depending on what you have.) Each pet deals 25% of normal damage, lasts until combat drops or death. Useable in Arena, health similar to what snakes have. May or may not use their buffs they originally have.

    Or something.

Or, Stampede removed and each spec gets an ability for their spec (changing like Symbiosis does).

BM - Bestial Stampede. Instant, no focus cost, 5 min CD.

You and your companion roar and attack fiercely, giving you and your raid buffs that your companions in Stables can give and the enemy all of the debuffs your companions and give. Lasts for 10 seconds.
(You give the raid and yourself every buff your pets have in stables, the enemy will get debuffs you can provide for 10 sec.)

MM - Horrible Wound (whatevername). Instant. XX focus cost. Y min CD.

You open a wound on the enemy, that grows each time it's hit. For the next 10 seconds, each time you and your raid members attack the victim, the wound absorbs 10% of the damage done from each raid member for 10 seconds and the damage will be dealt to the enemy over 20 seconds. (sort of like reverse Touch of Karma for the whole raid).

Surv - Imbued arrows, Instant, XX focus cost, Y mind CD.

For the next 20+ seconds, your arrows are imbued with fire, nature and ice energies, your auto attacks will deal three types of weapon dmg - 100% fire, 100% nature, 100% ice. The arrows explode, dealing 25% of weapon damage to surrounding enemies, put a stacking nature DoT effect on the target and reduce armour by ZZ%, slow casting, attacking and moving speed by AA%.

(Each arrow has fire, nature and ice energies, so each auto attack will explode, put a stacking DoT debuff on enemy and reduce armour of the enemy.)

Thought these could make for some neat spec based raid cool downs. They should have enough flavor to show which spec they belong to. Marksman is hard to think of a cool name for though.

Primitive Reflexes (fight or flight style cooldown)- Grants everyone in raid a 2 special action buttons to gain either deterrence for 4 seconds , or Adrenaline rush (resource regeneration)

For the Cause- Grants raid chance for spell to cause double damage, heal, absorb or block on next attack.

Taste of Blood - Grants everyone in raid the taste of blood buff which causes them to go rabid gaining primary stat by X% for Y seconds.

It's not even that many at this point, I think people just want a 3 button afk class. Macros and comfortable keybinds can do a lot.

In my opinion they should just scrap Rapid Fire and give us some type of damage increasing cd. Or make Rapid Fire work similar to Dark Soul for locks where the cd changes depending on your spec.

I had a cool idea for a talent, I guess it would be best as a replacement for lynx rush.

The idea is to give the non-pet-centric specs (MM/SV) a pet-flavoured talent that could benefit them.

    Fly My Pretties
The hunter calls upon the beasts of the air to flock to their cause, dealing damage to the hunter's current target. No CD, 1hr duration. The hunter's pet is automatically dismissed while this buff is active.

It would do similar damage to a hunter's pet but would require no real management. Graphically it would appear similar to AMoC though I'd like to see a greater variety of birds, perhaps even the odd phoenix :P

Obviously it would need to do slightly more damage than the pet to be worth spending the talent there and also to compensate the loss of the pet buff.
