We finally know WoW's sub count post-Legion! (kinda)

So originally when they reworked KJC they said they were going to shift damage out of Maleferic Grasp and into dots/haunt to make up for it. Ever since they said they are letting you cast Maleferic Grasp with KJC, they has been zero mention about shifting the damage still. I've tweeted Holinka a few times about it but have gotten zero response from him.
Anyone have any insight of if they still plan to more forward with the dot changes?

Hope so, but SB:SS is screwing up both pvp and pve.
