Best rogue leveling spec

What is the Best leveling spec for a rogue and i am talking from level 1


I have acces to the Storm legion souls

Tactician/Bard is what I love to go with. Both are support souls, which means you get some nice healing. And the torrents of the tactician = OP-ness. Definitely one of the best souls to use in Instant Adventures and Rifts and Zone Events. For dungeons... I have no idea. Same with pvp.

8 RS for boosted recover, 4 tact for curative engine, rest wherever you like, personally I suggest either nightblade or bladedancer.

I have been thinking about leveling a range because I has it pet which equals a good chance to survive

What do you guys think and what would you recommend to level as?

If would be appreciated if you maybe could link me to the build and even better a guide explaining rotation and such keep in mind I cannot use a lvl 60 build to that much because I need to know where to put my points as I level

Yes you did. Go with that, it's really good.

Seconding that, especially over dunsparrow's spec. Despite dunsparrow's comments otherwise Granpa's spec is simply better for leveling.

Remember with Granpa's spec that later on you have a "get out of jail free card" with the long cooldown heal and armor buff. Use those if you have to solo a rift boss thats above your level or something. In most situation the riftblade passives and curative engine will keep you hovering around full health. be careful not to pull more than 3 mobs at once though. This spec doesn't have the power of old riftblade passive specs. They nerfed riftblade's self healing rather spectacularly in 1.10.
