Moira Bronzebeard did have some bitterness due to how she was basically treated like shit by her father and then her father hired adventurers to kill her husband. However, she now wants what is best for hr Dark Iron clan and the Bronzebeards who, by all rights, she is the Queen of.

Funnily enough, her baby is technically the ruler of the Dark irons (but not the bronzebeards) assuming Warcraft Dwarves use real life rules of succession.

This one made me laugh. Vol'jin isn't even remotely hot headed and has worked with the other faction more than anyone but green jesus.

As for the dwarf woman, she's not even close to sylvanas.

Like I said, it's simply because Moira has not had much development until now, and she has very limited power right now with the Council in place. Sylvanas on the other hand has complete control of her Forsaken population, and free to do whatever she wants.

If Blizzard expanded more on Moira's quest for domination, for example finally get the upper hand and become ruler of the dwarves, we could possibly see some pretty nasty shit coming out of her XD

I guess could see how she would be crafty (although I don't think she was plotting anything aside from trying to prove herself to the council), but I don't see where you get ruthless from. In the Blood in the Snow scenario she seemed pretty kind.

I haven't seen anything that would lead me to believe she would be anywhere near as bad as Sylvanas.

Sylvanas looking healthier than living belfs is disgusting. She should look like the rotting zombie she is, not a porn star.

I agree that she's something like Sylvanas pre-wrath, but not that much, BTW i don't agree that Sylvanas is a villain that's waiting to be killed in a future raid..., i agree that she have the possibility to be a villain and be killed in the future, but i don't think that's her only future (Well she most likely will end up getting kill one way or another -That's kind of sad-)

    I like her eyes too

OT: Moira is so fat and ugly (and short) that she enters LFR with 10 stacks of "desperation" buff

Umm, no if anything I think Moira is showing herself to be a good person rather than turning into the Alliance's sylvannas.

While we all know Blizz can wreck a logical character progression with complete tripe, Garrosh Hellscream was more than enough of such things for at least 3 more expansions...
So basically what they did to Moira? From treated badly by daddy cause she wasn't born a male, to becoming arrogant powerhungry bitch (Arrogance in Cataclysm quests + power hungry bitch during The Shattering where she also held Anduin HOSTAGE in Ironforge ) to Ms Nice Gall in that ONE scenario?

    Why?

She HAS what she wants. Her son is heir and will become King. Why incite a civil war which she may lose?

This is my hope. I'm rooting for Moira. And I want to see her become the Moira of the Alliance, not the Alliance's version of someone else.. Blizz doesn't have the best history of writing female characters but I really want to see her be her own woman, not a Sylvanas or a Jaina etc.

As a bonus, she's not the usual "To be a leader as a female, you must be a smexy Elf" trope you usually see in fantasy. She's a DWARF! Unique and badass! I love it! And as you can see by sexist views posted earlier, clearly people aren't exposed to enough of that kind of awesome. I love that she's not a swimsuit model or a pushover. She's got attitude in Mists without being psycho about it. It's exciting to see. I'd love to see her be a real turning point for female leaders in Fantasy. /fingers crossed

If you have done Blood in the Snow, I have no clue how you could think Moira will become anything like Sylvanas. She just united the three Dwarf clans.

The main question is, did she do it out of the goodness of her heart, or because she is manipulating them?
Compared to how she was in "The Shattering - Prelude to Cataclysm" novel and how she acts to adventurers who talk to her during cataclysm quests, she suddenly made a 180 personality wise in the "Blood in the Snow" scenario.

To be fair... Blizzard does that a lot. Look at Garrosh. They're not the best with in game character development and showing their journey.

They didn't help, because they feared Moira would use the chance to attack one of the clans, and that fear was well-founded. Moira is a deceiving bitch. If you think highly of her because she helped Varian, you're falling for her games as much as he did.

Umm, this only really shows that Garrosh detests the Alliance a lot, which we kinda knew all the way throughout Wrath. We never knew that he would go as far as commit genocide within his own Horde.
It also shows Garrosh is brash, prideful, full of hatred, anger, etc etc.

Didn't players wanted more female leaders in the game? Something like that was said a couple of years ago. Blizzard is only responding.

She won't be the Sylvannas of the Alliance (not until she resurrects the dead using tools of the Lich King), but it will be interesting to see where her stories go. I can see her easily betraying the Alliance and the other dwarven clans to obtain power over all Ironforge. Or I can see her being a stalwart ally, and providing a unifying voice for all dwarven clans. Though the risk of trouble will always remain with her and the Dark Irons. We saw that in the Dwarf starting area that not all Dark Irons support being a part of the Alliance.

It's an interesting little side storyline. We will see if it goes anywhere.
