It is the equivalent of hacking an old Geocities website, it cost them $15 to make.

So what? Oh no, now the privileged North Korean officials can't browse those sites on their intranet?! Whoop-de-fucking-do.

They made a promise last year of the whole "Last Resort" shit that they never went through with as well.

This is true. Most people in NK don't have electricity let alone internet.

In other news: Anonymous causes World War 3 by being a bunch of idiots.

Not exactly impressive, important, or helpful for the people of North Korea. The Internet in NK is nonexistant anyways. It's all one little bitty intranet with no connections to the outside world. If Anonymous managed to take THAT down from outside the country... well, then that'd be damn impressive and pretty spectacular.

It probably wasn't that hard for anonymous to take down a website that was made in window os 1.0.0

Especially since Microsoft is known for building government-exploitable backdoors into a lot of their operating systems that they sell internationally

While it really doesn't matter, if people out there want to attack North Korea's Government websites I say go for it. They deserve anything they get.
