I think Dark Spear are meant to be jamaican, but Zandalari Trolls are meant to be more Aztec like.

Both; Buildings are more Aztec themed. Names and rituals seem more African.

Hehe, I recently saw the trailer for the Gods of Zul'Aman and that got me thinking: besides Zul'Jin jamaican accent, everything else seems so aztec-like.
