Gemming/Reforging (WW)

As of now, which build seems to be the most effective without RoRo? I've been switching around all of my gems/reforges lately to find which build gives the most dps. I'm currently using a mostly haste build right now and it seems to be a bit more than what I gemmed before which was mostly Agi and Agi+crit gems. Any suggestions?

For reforging without RoRo, Hit 7.5% > Expertise 7.5% > Haste (To a comfortable rating, most people say 6.8k-7.4k) > Crit > Mastery > Haste. For gemming, Agi for red, Agi + Crit for yellow if socket bonus is good, and Agi + Hit if blue socket is worth gemming.

Some people prefer an absurd amount of haste (like 9.4k where's the cap) but honestly I think you should sim it or just choose what style you like playing more.
