Honestly, on my male pandaren im just as big as the mount. It looks ridiculous. Pandaren need mounts to scale like they do with tauren. I just bought a mount store, and was totally disappointed at how silly it looked.
Some mounts do look kinda weird. It doesn't really bother me that much though. I saw a panda on the sea turtle mount though and that looked absolutely ridiculous.
