Need help with partition

I have a 750Gb hybrid drive that I cloned over to my new Samsung 840 250Gb SSD. However I have an issue. Whenever im running of the SSD the desktop periodically refreshes causing my games to minimize or go into windowed mode, and even removing some programs from the taskbar even though they are still running. When I boot back on my hybrid drive I noticed the new icons of programs I had installed on my SSD. So somehow on it's own, data from the SSD get copied to the hybrid drive for no reason. IDK how to stop this and it's annoying. Someone plz help.

Most hybrid drives automatically move most used applications to the SSD. You will have to look at the manual or support from your cards manufacture.

But there has to be a way to disable that feature at least, I wouldn't want my programs suddenly jumping in between the 2 storages.
