Looking for an addon

i'm looking for an addon that puts an hp number on the nameplates
like this for example
i44.tinypic[dot]com/2jayohh[dot]jpg
without changing the blizzard normal nameplates
any addon that can do that?

Think you would be hardpressed to find an addon that does that. Blizzard doesn't maintain a lot of "essential" features; it mostly comes from authors on curse. I would try out some different nameplate addons, they are highly customizable and fairly easy to set up (I use tidyplates myself)

It might be possible, given that some addons can attach auras or icons to the default nameplates.
A full replacement though would offer more control.
