I would pick http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127741 I think the cooling system is better and it looks nicer. If you ever have plans of SLI / 3monitor gaming I would pick the 770 and it should do great at 1920x1080 and dual 770 is amazing for tri monitor setup of 5760x1080

If you're seriously just ever going to stay on 1920x1080 or single monitor 2560x1440 with no real plans for SLI/XFIRE, then this might be your best bet http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814202001

If you want to overclock the 770 I think http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127742 is already factory overclocked and has better OC potential and build quality for a bit of a higher price

Edit: Just want to say that if I could afford a $450 card, I would 100% pick the GTX 770 Lightning by MSI. It has a backplate, an unlocked BIOS, high quality OC components, a GPU reactor, and some claim their stable overclocks have gotten the card at the same level of GTX780 performance at 1920x1080
