What combination of weapons should i use as a Brewmaster?

Hey there guys. I finnaly got my hand on my second one handed weapons, and i tryed it last night wille tanking. I don't know if its normal, but i felt my DPS lower, and my Elusive procs lesser. So, since tyou guys may have tryed this most times than me, i'm here to ask. What should i use in my BrM monk? my Jalak's Maelstrom Staff, or Wu-Lai, Bladed Fan of the Consorts with Hand of the Dark Animus? they are both normal drops (not RF or HC yet), and they are all maximum valor upgrade.

Dual wield. It may 'feel' like less EB stacks, but that's because you get less EB stacks per proc, but more procs. Overall it works out to be basically the same, no noticeable difference.

Your DPS should also be slightly higher whilst dual wielding.
