Budget build for WoW - critique

Looking for advice on a budget build for WoW that will achieve decent results for a couple of years. Only other uses would be basic stuff (word processing, browsing), no other games. Currently play on a 3.5 yr old HP Pavilion laptop with 2.13GHz Intel Core2 Duo P7450, 4 GB DDR3 RAM and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 1GB.

My budget is roughly $550-600. I don't need any peripherals but basically need everything else, including an OS. Would prefer to have an optical drive. I am US-based and have a MicroCenter close by. I am a noob at building, but priced out the following - please let me know how you would improve. Thanks.

Thanks very much - I know WoW leans on the CPU side of things but any advantage in a 2GB GPU over 1GB? Or is 1GB more than enough for what I need?

I've never seen WoW pull over 700-800 mb on my system, running 1920x1080 on mostly Ultra settings. Unless you run multiple clients/games, It shouldnt be an issue.
