What is the rules for instance guild runs?

so as al lvl 90 I boosted 4 lvl 60 guys from another guild in Ramparts HC (you CAN enter HC ramp at 60) and here's the result:

    1. The guild DID get the guild achivement for Ramparts HC
    2. The guild did NOT get any gold
    3. The guild did NOT get guild XP

So, what may have caused 2 and 3 to not trigger? Anyone know a good info site about rules for guildruns?

It has to be level appropriate for all members of the guild. Otherwise... 7 runs of Stockades or RFC.
Steve Irwin died the same way he lived. With animals in his heart.

Isn't the dungeon required to be level appropriate for the whole party to get gold and xp from it? Otherwise, level 90s would just run dead mines over and over again for a bunch of gold and guild xp.

    Everything is explained here: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/2534919.

Provided the content is level-appropriate for your guild group, you’ll earn experience and gold for your guild.
To earn Guild Dungeon Challenge credit, the 5-player party must be composed of at least 3 guild members.[...] To earn gold for Guild Challenge rewards, a guild must be level 5 or higher.

So, to get gold and guild XP you have to be in a dungeon level-appropriate groupd (which you weren't), additionally to receive gold and XP your guild must be lvl 5 or higher. If one of the criterias is not met, you are still able to get the "Guild Dungeon Challenge credit" (aka guild dungeon achievement).

If there are at least three players of one guild in a dungeon group, the whole group counts as guild group, not just the three people.

1 and 2) the guild either gets the exp or the gold. they should have got the exp with 4 guild members. as long as they were all within the dungeon range.
