No. for two reasons.
Thats Jaina prior to her change in pre mist event, see her blond hair?
And thats Grom. Groms dead, he's not coming back.
Seeing as how thats Archimonde, i dont think it means much. But maybe he ankhed or something idk. Probably doesnt mean much
That Horde looks like Grom Hellscream to me, so I'd have to say no. Well maybe the theme could be similar but this definitely looks like it comes from the Warcraft 3 story. I'm pretty sure the alliance is Jania and the guy in between them is Archimonde.
Do the TCG sets always follow the expansions in terms of theme? I don't follow them close enough to know. But as Traask said, Grom being there makes it unlikely to me, nevermind Jaina being the old Jaina.
Looks like it's based on WC3, not anything new. A lot of TCG sets are based on older lore.
I hate how blizzard kills there own awesome characters, but still uses them in promotion. That 10th anniversary poster with Cairne in it.. it sucks knowing he's gone.
read about pack and u will understand why we see *Old* Jana, Grom etc. *Since this expansion is the final in the "Timewalkers" block that pays tribute to past heroes and personalities in the Warcraft universe this loot change also makes a special tribute to all previous TCG loot.* + http://wowtcg.cryptozoic.com/products/reign-fire

archimonde looks so cool in that photo, wish they never killed him -.-
Jaina, Archimonde, Grom.
This is a scene from the 1st Battle of Mt. Hyjal (2nd battle was in Cata). So unless next expansion features a rehash of the CoT raid from BC, nope.
Permanently unsubscribed as of 03/10/2014.
Been a fun run guys, but the game's officially moved into the "Milk the Playerbase" phase. And I for one don't intend to stick around as the cost of expansions go up, content in them goes down, and raids become further and further apart.
Maybe I'll be back for WoW2, but probably not. - Slowpoke, the former Dokhidamo
what do you think that means? Let say it one more time
archimonde coming back wouldn't really be surprising. he wasn't just a normal man'ari eredar, so he and kil'jaedan could have become like the dreadlords, where you need to kill them either in the twisting nether or on argus. but grom, kinda hopefully, ain't ever coming back. unless maybe they do some kind of spirit thing, like with the emperor.
Sorry that this is slightly OT, but what do people mean by "old Jaina?"
