Pretty likely he is. So far we have no confirmed dead Dreadlord.

Can't really think of someone whose ressurection would truly be worthwile, though. Most of the impact of their deaths was usually fairly short-lived, so ressurecting them now isn't helping much.

Uther for Alliance and Kael for Horde.

If I had to pick one and only one it would be Uther. Atm I feel the Alliance needs a real Paladin leader amongst to give the Humans back some of that Knights of the Silver Hand identity that a lot of people really enjoyed about the Humans during WC2 and WC3.

Ner'zhul, I still don't buy all that crap with Arthas destroying him.

    totally agree

none of characters deserve revival. I am bored from "this was a setback"
but Zul'Jin could be an exception

only if he would become neutral leader.
no use of bringing back smbd only to kill it again

The van Cleef family. Why? Because it wasn't their fault Onyxia tricked them and later on Varian left the people to starve. Their cause was just.

    Illidan or Brox.

So many others that deserve being brought back, but these are two of my favorite characters. Idk how Illidan could be brought back. Would be cool to see Brox somehow brought back if there was a Burning Legion xpac.

So many to choose: Arthas, Tichondrius (both great characters with sarcastic humor and I love the voice of their voice actors), Grom, Brox, Uther, Lothar, Gul'dan, Zul'jin...

But my vote would go for Tichondrius, as it is actually probable for him as a dreadlord to somehow revive himself. I love his refinement, elegant but diabolical voice and his role as mastermind working in the shadows.

The Nathrezim cannot be truly killed in Azeroth, they just come back whenever they please.

I'd "bring back" Sylvanas, since she is technically dead, or not alive atleast.

Failing that I would bring back Rhonin.

Uther. I'm don't usually care about horde story but if not uther then grom. It would be interesting to see what he thinks of what Garrosh has done.

Probably Grom, so he could beat some sense into his son.

    I vote for Cairne.

I was just having a discussion about this topic recently with a buddy of mine, I was saying how they shouldn't have killed Grand Apothecary Putress if the forsaken were still going to do this whole plague thing they're doing now anyway. Putress had the right idea, Sylvannas is just some punk wannabe.

Sylvanis. Making her a Night Elf again would be sweet.
