Movement trough mouse buttons and their compatibility to raidframes mouseover

Hello i have i little big problem. I played DPS/Tank for a long time and got used to a mouse with 2 sidebuttons (left/right) which i bound for strafe. Now the problem is that if i mouseover and unitframe (target/player/focus/raid etc.) they dont work. More precisly if i want he heal a target with mouseover keybinding (mouse is over raidframes) i cant strafe because the mousebuttons arent working there...
I tryed to make a macro with strafe left/right so i can add it to clique or vudo but it's not posible.

ANyone know how i can keep my strafes bound to mouse buttons so that i can use them even if i mouseover any raidframes??? pleaaaseeee
Also if there is an addon that can help me do that its also welcome.

I know this issue. Even skills on mousebuttons won't be activated if you mouse-over on your raidframes. I fear, that this is not possible but I'd be glad if someone proves me wrong.
