    Hey all!! Feral used to be my pvp main but now I'm wondering, are they still energystarved all the time?

    No more then any other energy-based class. Clearcasting procs and TF lets Feral apm be the same as the other energy classes.

    energy starved is just another way of saying 'enough space in your rotation to reposition/cc/self-heal'
