It appears that spending $500 on the new console, plus $60 per game isnt enough money for Microsoft, so now they are going to force targeted ads to your new console via the Kinect based on who and how many people are in the room.

if having ads amounts to a cheaper XBL subscription, then I think it would benefit the consumer as a whole.
