Need help with upgrade

I want to upgrade my computer but i don't know what upgrade would be the best.
I mostly play wow and i got the settings set to "good" and i want to play at high/ultra.
My specs are :

MB : Foxconn Flaming Blade GTI
HDD : sata II 1 TB samsung 32mb 7200
SVGA : PCI - X diamond 4890 1GB
CPU : intel core i7-920
CASE : NZXT Tempest Black
PSU : corsair 700w
RAM : DDR3 corsair 6gb
CPU COOLER : Prolimatech Megahalems Rev.3
O/S : Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

My budget is around 350 euros.

Any help is appreciated.

Both your CPU and GPU could use an upgrade. I'd recommend upgrading one, then the other later on. I'd probably do the GPU first, in the 200 euro range.

Well, yeah, that too. Part of upgrading the CPU. I should have mentioned that, though. I'd probably look into a 660 or 760 for the GPU, and then a 3570K/Z77 or 4670K/Z87 later on.
