Do you and/or does your guild skip Jikun trash using the log out bug?

I'm not familiar with the 'log out bug' but my group skipped it once before we were doing heroic by having 9/10 die and a rogue mass res past it.

We once tried to skip it by jumping down the waterfall, but 2 or 3 people got disconnected in the process and it took them about 10 minutes to get back in.

By the way, I'm fairly certain that threads about exploits and detailed descriptions of said exploits (see above post) are not tolerated on MMO-Champion.

Our guild tried skipping trash the old 'walk backwards off the waterfall' way and decided that it was far more trouble than it was worth. Trash doesn't really take much time at all so long as you don't have too many derps who like to tromp on glowy skeletons or spiderwebs.

^this. Unless everyone takes a smoke & pissbreak right there the trash is handled in < 5 minutes, no reason to "exploit".

exploiters are going to exploit.

remember the wall jump to get around beth'tilac in firelands, or heaven forbid that guild in vanilla editing the mpq files to fall to c'thuns room. People will skip if they think they can get away with it.
