healing help

Hey! I just got into healing with my monk. It's really fun but I find it hard to select my targets. I use the normal in-game raidframe. Clicking the name and heal. Is there an addon that helps for that? Also where I can see if a friendly has a dispellable cc like fear? Any advice about how to increase my effectivity is greatly appreciated!

Grid + Clique, overmouse macroes etc. ... Healbot, Vuhdo and so. ... simply, you have just to design your own "Whack a mole" playground ...
