    W - forward
    A - strafe left
    D - strafe right
    S - jump
    Mouse turning
    Middle mouse button - backward
    Q, E, R, T, F, C, \ - binds (mostly situational stuff, self heals, shields, taunts etc)
    TAB - finisher
Logitech MMO mouse - same as keys 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,-,= (mostly main attacks)
Logitech G15 'G' keys - Mounts, fishing, archeology, usable daily items

I find this setup gives me really high mobility, but took a while to get used to.

    Ever since playing Quake1 online ive used E-forwards, D-back, S-left strafe & F-right strafe.

When i moved into wow, i kept those movement keys, found it gives more to bind around it; Q / W / R / T / A / G i all have bound to CDs, the more often the CD (ie Pillar on DK bound to W, DnD to G) the closer to the movement keys.

Downside? I have to edit the binds on EVERY game I play, and move the stuff the game may have bound by default, which if done incorrectly, can be a big pain in the ass when something important was bound.

    O, L, K, Ö for movement keys.
In combat stretching to T,G,B all the way to backspace, enter and shift-keys.
ALT GR used as modifier with 9, 0, + and so on on somewhat comfortable keys.

I'm lefthanded and when I started playing I just had to try to figure out how to play so this is how I ended up with. Most lefties seems to just use WASD/ESDF or numpad but for myself personally I can't think it's gonna be more effective since I'm so used to this setup now. All it really lacks is an extra modifier key, like a CTRL between space and ALT GR would be neat but it's just for luxury.

    T, X, O and Y - because why the fuck not? :P

    ... Just kidding, classic WASD.

Amazing sig, done by mighty Lokann

Default WASD with QE for strafes. I like strafing and running around leaving my mouse open for being able to target things if needed, as tabbing is iffy on getting the target I want.

    E - forward
    R - strafe right

Much more comfy than the default for me, have big hands
It's not quite as mod alt friendly but feels much easier to access more keys
