I keep getting account warning emails in my junk email folder saying my guild wars 2 account has been conducting suspicious behaviour with gold selling and logging in from multiple IPs.
I haven't played GW2 since launch but I can no longer log into my account. I cannot retrieve my password either because it requires you to have the serial from your "box".
I purchased my copy digitally and obviously no longer have the email with my serial. My fault I know.
There is no support email to contact and I tried creating a "support account" but the website just times out and no account gets created.
Does anyone know where I go from here? Obviously I can provide date of birth on account etc etc etc to ANet employees once I get in contact with them.
