Need help with upgrading my computer

About 2 years ago I have made this budget custom gaming computer. Back then a friend helped me put it together. I no longer have contact with this guy and I would like to upgrade this computer so it has a little more kick. I need some advise which component I need to upgrade. Please be specific. Thanks!

Most likely I need to upgrade my GFX Card and/or my processor. I would like to play WoW with high settings and with more FPS. Does upgrading my hard disk drives with a faster RPM help as well for gaming?
