Presence of Mind is still not as useless as opening new discussion threads about Patch 5.4 PTR changes as there's an agreement to keep the chatter to the free-for-all thread until sufficient changes are suggested/implemented to warrant the opening of a new 5.4 discussion thread. Thank you.
