For bad drops you should try 25m we have had a nice spread all tier, guildies joke when a weapon drops "here you go add it to your collection" =P Bad Juju seems to be elusive for a lot of us though.

I was looking for high end parses using a 2her, and came across this:

74.4% EB uptime, with about 10 seconds of EB wasted
So, realistically, high 70s is *already* possible.

I also find about a 10% dps difference between 1hers/2her in just some crude tests I was running.
