The healing bonus is for healing touch only and lowered to 20% - but the melee part remains 'next two melee abilities for 25%' and includes dots.

It essentially works with all cat abilities, so you can HT yourself pre-pull and then spend a charge on Ravage to open. Caution is advised as the boss may proceed to cat-slap you.

Its pretty insane in PvP for ferals atm if you know how to use it, like this guy for example :
