First Time Unholy

I'm the Tank that goes DPS on 1 Tank fights in my 10man guild. Last tier and every tier since then I have been 2H Frost. Love the spec and love the play style. That said....it is unbelievably weak right now. I hate being on the bottom of the charts or at best 4th or 5th. So my guild would like me to go Unholy for 1 Tank fights, which I have never played. I have looked at icy veins but have a couple questions still. What is the opening rotation? Is Scourge Strike your main damage dealer and you only Festering Strike to keep your diseases from falling off? Should I use Unholy Frenzy on CD? I use Blood Tap when I Tank. Should I use it for Unholy too or pick up Runic Corruption?
