TheElement, a level 25 raiding guild, is seeking one DPS and one Tank to fill raid slots on our second raid team. We need players who are committed to showing up every week for raid. Previous raiding experience is desirable. Our second raid team is currently engaged in team and skill building in Heart of Fear with plans to progress into Throne of Thunder as soon as possible. TheElement is a casual raiding guild with an enforced no drama policy. Founded in June 2012, TheElement has progressed through all raids up to and including Throne of Thunder (Raid Team 1). Now as more members have expressed interest in raiding, we created Raid Team 2 in June 2013 - but we need a couple more dedicated players to fill it up.
